or Try adjusting the followng settings to fix the problem.
For Microsoft Internet Explorer select Internet Options from the tools menu select the advanced tab.
Scroll down to Java (Sun)
Uncheck Use JRE 1.6.0 for applet (requires restart)
Restart your browser
The streaming video should now be available.
Note: JRE version may not be exactly the same as listed above
